Where do you deliver bidet seats?

Across Canada. Every bidet seat we carry is over $600, so shipping is free in Ontario and Quebec; other provinces see shipping at checkout. GTA orders arrive in 3–7 business days, Quebec in 5–10.

Can I install a bidet seat myself?

Usually yes — remove the old seat, fit the mounting plate, connect the included T-valve to the supply line and plug in. You'll need a GFCI outlet within reach of the toilet.

Will a Toto Washlet fit my toilet?

Toto Washlets fit most elongated bowls from any brand: check 5.5-inch bolt spacing and about 18.5 inches from bolts to bowl front. Duravit SensoWash seats are made for specific Duravit toilets — ME by Starck, DuraStyle and Starck C.

Do bidet seats need hot water?

No. They heat cold water on demand from the toilet's own supply line.

C5 or S7?

The Washlet C5 covers warm wash, heated seat, dryer and deodorizer with a side panel. The S7 and S7A add a remote, auto-open lid, night light and EWATER+ bowl misting.
