At MyBath, we specialize in delivering quality bathroom vanities and fixtures to customers across Canada. Our goal is to make the delivery process simple, clear, and reliable so you always know what to expect when placing an order with us.

We work hard to provide fair shipping rates, safe packaging, and realistic delivery timelines. Because many of our products are large and fragile, shipping is carefully coordinated to ensure your order arrives in good condition.

Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on:

Delivery Pricing

Delivery is $50 on all orders. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $600.



Estimates Delivery Time:

Orders are processed shortly after confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier schedules. Tracking information is provided when available.

Handling Time: 2 Days ( Mon – Fri )

Transit Time: 3 – 9 Days ( Mon – Fri )

If any delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances or availability, our team will promptly notify you with updated delivery information. We are committed to clear communication and will keep you informed throughout the process.

Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Time (ET)


Delivery Terms:

Delivery is provided to your address and items are placed near the entrance (within approximately 3 meters). Our delivery team does not carry items inside homes or buildings as part of the standard service.

If inside delivery is required, please contact us in advance to check availability and receive a quote for this service. We do our best to accommodate special requests whenever possible.

Delivery Process & Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (when available). This allows you to follow your shipment and see its delivery progress.

Orders are processed promptly after placement. Our team verifies details, prepares the items, and schedules shipment with reliable carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier schedules, but we always aim to provide accurate estimates and notify you of any updates.


Damages and Shortages

All shipments are insured and delivered by third-party carriers. To protect your rights, you are responsible for inspecting the order at the time of delivery.

Please inspect the packaging and products carefully before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage, missing items, or concerns, these must be clearly noted on the delivery paperwork and supported with photos. This is required for a claim to be reviewed.

If a delivery is signed for without noting visible damages or shortages, it will be considered received in acceptable condition. This may limit or void the ability to submit a claim with the carrier.

While we carefully select reliable carriers and insure shipments, transportation and handling are managed by the carrier and are outside our direct control. However, if damage is properly reported at delivery, our team will assist you in the claims process.

We appreciate your cooperation, as these steps help ensure a fair resolution if any issues arise.

Delivery Address Changes: 

If you need to change the delivery address, you must contact us as soon as possible. Address changes can only be requested before the shipment is dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, address changes are not guaranteed and may result in additional fees, delays, or rerouting charges charged by the carrier. Any such costs are the responsibility of the customer.
