How long does delivery take to Toronto?

Do you install toilets in Toronto?

We don't install directly. Replacing a toilet on an existing flange is a one-to-two-hour job for a plumber or experienced handyman in Toronto. Wall-mounted toilets with an in-wall carrier are a renovation job and need a plumber.

What rough-in do I need?

Measure from the finished wall to the centre of the flange bolts. 12 inches is standard for most toilets we sell; a few older homes have 10-inch rough-ins, so check before ordering.

Is the seat included?

It depends on the model. Many Toto and MyBath toilets include a soft-close seat; Duravit toilets marked "less seat" are sold without one so you can choose a standard or bidet seat. The product page states what's in the box.
