Flush, height and rough-in

Look for 1.28 gpf single flush or 0.9/1.28 dual flush — both use far less water than the 3.5 gpf toilets still found in older Ajax homes. Universal or ADA height (about 17") is easier for adults; standard height suits kids' bathrooms. Measure the rough-in from the wall to the flange bolts: 12" is standard, but some older Ajax homes have 10".

Do you install toilets in Ajax?

Is the seat included?
