Where do you deliver toilets?

Across Canada. Orders over $600 ship free in Ontario and Quebec; other provinces see shipping at checkout. GTA orders arrive in 3–7 business days, Quebec in 5–10.

One-piece or two-piece?

One-piece toilets have no seam between tank and bowl, so they're easier to clean and look cleaner. Two-piece toilets cost less and let you replace the tank or bowl separately.

What rough-in do I need?

Measure from the finished wall to the centre of the flange bolts. 12 inches is standard for nearly everything we sell; some older homes have 10-inch rough-ins.

Is the seat included?

Many Toto and MyBath toilets include a soft-close seat. Duravit toilets marked "less seat" ship without one so you can add a standard or bidet seat. Each product page states what's included.

Do you sell wall-mounted toilets?

Yes — Duravit wall-mounted toilets with matching in-wall tanks, carriers and actuator plates. They need a plumber and a framed wall, but free up floor space and are the easiest to clean under.
