I needed 1 of the 2 toilets fairly quickly and wanted dual flush, a soft-close seat, a one-piece design, and something easy to install. This model had everything I was looking for. Delivery was next business day, which was great. It’s now installed, the flush works well, and the seat closes quietly. So far, everything is working as it should.
